Furthermore, if you want to return an order due to a defect, it is essential to highlight the defect. For this purpose, you must make a video while opening the parcel so that we can determine if the defect was from our side or if it appeared after the order reached the customer. If any defect is discovered after the order is delivered to the customer, the company will not be responsible for it.
